Itineray
1 :
Arrival
We will arrive in Paso de Cortés at the entrance of the Izta-Popo National Park where we will do our registration and have our breakfast taking the time to acclimatize
2 :
Context of the National Park
We will start the tour by receiving introductory information about the importance of the Izta-Popo National Park in socio-environmental terms.
3 :
Hike and interpretation
Along the way, we will make small stops to receive interpretive information about the National Park.
4 :
Contemplation of the landscape and lunch
We will take a break to have our lunch and enjoy the views of the Park.
5 :
Return
Finally, we will return to Paso de Cortés to return by vehicle to the point of origin.

- 👣 Walking workshop with walking, ascent and descent techniques in which you will learn the basic equipment and its choice.

Important information
Requirements to participate:
- Be in good health, that is, not have chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart problems.
- Be in good physical condition.
What to bring?
- Mountain boot for ankle protection, with a sole for rough terrain.
- Sun protection: hat or cap, skin and lip block, category 4 UV sunglasses.
- Clothing for mild and cold temperatures with a 3-layer system, gloves, hat and raincoat.
- Backpack with a volume between 30 and 40 liters preferably with a belly belt.
